St. Scire’s School Council is a group of pupils elected by their peers. They deliver their school council speech at a whole school assembly.

Then P3 to P7 vote for their chosen representative, in each of the categories, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and Eco Warrior. Afterwards each class in key stage one and two pick their own class representative to also join the school council.

The school council meets regularly to discuss how they can help make St. Scire’s Primary School a great place for everyone.

At the meetings pupils learn how to listen, discuss ideas from their classes and work as part of a team.
